- Check your connection on another device. If you are able to connect on another device, restart the first device to see if it resolves your issue.
- If that doesn’t resolve your issue, or if all devices are unable to connect to Wi-Fi, remove the power cord from the back of the router for 30 seconds.
- While it reboots, make sure your other cables are plugged in correctly. For fixed wireless customers, there should only be one black power cable, and one ethernet cable leading to the data port (the port will say LAN/data/gigabit) on the power injector(POE).
- Plug in the router again and wait for it to reboot. This can take 3-5 minutes.
- If this doesn’t resolve the issue, fixed wireless customers can reboot the radio (modem) by unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet. (If you have your equipment plugged into a surge protector/power-strip, please do not use the switch on that to reboot.) Please allow 3-5 minutes to allow everything to power up before testing the connection.

- Reboot the router by removing the power cord from the back of the router for 30 seconds. During that 30 seconds, make sure that all of your other cables are plugged in correctly. Fixed wireless customers should have only one black power cable and one ethernet cable leading to the data port (the port will say LAN/data/gigabit) on the power injector(POE). Next, remove all connected devices from your Wi-Fi network, and reconnect only ONE device, preferably over an ethernet connection from the router if possible.
