All Points Broadband, Dominion Energy Virginia (Dominion), NOVEC, recently proposed an ambitious expansion of fiber-to-the-home in Loudoun County. We are pleased to announce that Dominion agreed to join with All Points and NOVEC to expand the scope of our initial project to include substantially all of the remaining unwired locations in Loudoun.
