Offer Terms and Conditions – 2nd Month Free with 1 Gig and upgraded WiFi Package 

This limited-time promotional offer is available to new residential subscribers in eligible All Points Broadband service areas. Service is subject to All Points Broadband’s standard terms and conditions, available at allpointsbroadband.com/legal. 

Promotional Pricing. The promotional rate of $79.99/month applies to 1 Gig service for the first 60 months of active service. Beginning in month 61, service will automatically continue, without notice, at the then-current retail rate for the applicable service tier.  All Points Broadband’s regular retail rate will be disclosed at time of registration, whether completed by phone or through the online purchase portal, and will be available in your online customer account and in All Points Broadband’s broadband labels.    

Installation. Free standard installation is available on eligible installations as determined by All Points Broadband. Non-standard installations may require an additional charge, which will be disclosed prior to scheduling. All installation fees are non-refundable.  

Basic WiFi Service. Basic WiFi service is included in the promotional 1 Gig price and includes the use of an All Points Broadband-provided router. The standard router provided is the Calix U4, or similar. The router remains the property of All Points Broadband and must be returned upon cancellation of service.  

2nd Month Free. To participate in this offer, and receive your 2nd month of All Points Broadband internet service and associated WiFi package (the “Covered Service”) free, you must subscribe to All Points Broadband’s 1 Gig internet plan with one of the following WiFi+ packages (the “Required WiFI Package”):  Safe & Secure ($14.99/month), Smart WiFi ($19.99/month), or Complete Home WiFi ($24.99/month). The free month of Covered Service will be provided as a credit to your account. If you remove your Required WiFi Package, or if you downgrade your 1 Gig internet service, at any time before your 2nd month’s billing cycle begins, the 2nd month free credit for will be forfeited.  

Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges. Advertised pricing excludes applicable federal, state, and local taxes, regulatory fees, and surcharges, which vary by location and are subject to change. 

Internet Speeds. Advertised speeds represent maximum available speeds under optimal conditions. Actual speeds may vary due to factors including network congestion, in-home wiring, customer equipment, and the number of connected devices.
